Project Overview

The INCLUDE project aims to improve the quality of vocational education and training (VET) by fostering inclusive teaching competencies among trainers and educators. The project will establish the Inclusive Training Proficiency (ITP) Competence Model, equipping educators with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to create more inclusive learning environments.

Objectives

  • Encourage systemic change in business training centers and VET organizations by developing and implementing the ITP Competence Model.
  • Provide trainers with an ICT-based self-reflection tool to evaluate their inclusivity skills.
  • Develop a self-education toolkit (videos and infographics) to support professional development in inclusive teaching.
  • Raise awareness among VET stakeholders on the importance of inclusive training practices.
  • Strengthen the capacity of participating organizations in EU project implementation and diversity and inclusion policies.

Main Outputs

  1. ITP Competence Model & E-book – A structured guide defining inclusive teaching skills and strategies.
  2. ICT Self-Assessment Tool – A digital resource allowing trainers to evaluate and improve their inclusivity practices.
  3. Educational Toolkit – A collection of six videos and ten infographics to support self-learning on inclusive training.
  4. Dissemination & Awareness-Raising – Engagement with 200+ trainers and organizations, reaching over 10,000 individuals through promotional efforts.
